Ownership Statement

1. Your data is yours

Your customer data, messages, business information and content always belong to you. We do not claim ownership of them, and we do not sell them.

2. Your accounts stay in your name

Wherever possible, workflows run on accounts you own (for example your WhatsApp Business, Google or automation platform accounts). You stay in control and can remove our access at any time.

3. What we build for you is yours

Once your project is paid in full, you own the workflows we built for you, together with the documentation we hand over. You are free to keep using, changing or moving them, with us or without us. There is no lock-in.

4. What we keep

We keep our general know-how, templates, tools and reusable building blocks that are not specific to your business, and we may use them in other projects. We never reuse your confidential information.

5. Third-party tools

Platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Google tools, n8n, Make and AI model providers belong to their owners and are covered by their own terms and licences. Using them may involve their own fees, which are billed at cost.

6. Showing our work

We will only show your name, logo or results in our portfolio or case studies with your written permission. Examples shown on this website are illustrative demos unless clearly stated otherwise.

7. When we part ways

If a project or plan ends, we remove our access and hand over the workflows and documentation, as agreed in your proposal.
