1. Our approach
We keep security simple and transparent: you own your accounts and data, we take only the access a workflow needs, and a human stays in control of anything sensitive.
2. Accounts and access
- Workflows run on accounts you own wherever possible.
- We ask for access through the platform's own invitation, sharing or API key features, created by you, and you can remove it at any time.
- We apply the least-access principle: only what the workflow needs.
3. Data handling
Automations process only the data needed for the task you approve. We do not sell your data or your customers' data, and we do not use it to market other services.
4. AI use
AI models read incoming messages to prepare replies based on the information, tone and rules you approve. Unclear or sensitive requests are handed to your team. AI can make mistakes, which is why we test with realistic scenarios and set hand-off points before launch.
5. Third-party services
Your workflow may use services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Google tools, automation platforms (for example n8n or Make) and AI model providers. Each has its own security and privacy terms, and we tell you which ones your project uses.
6. Visibility and control
You can review what the automation does and change its rules. We document each workflow so nothing is a black box.
7. Security issues
If we become aware of a security issue that affects your data, we will tell you promptly and help you respond.
8. Ending a project
When a project or plan ends, we remove our access and hand over the workflows and documentation, as agreed in your proposal.
9. Limits
No online system is completely risk-free. We do not claim formal security certifications, and we will always explain clearly what is and is not covered.
