1. Services

QAVYREN designs, builds, tests and supports AI agents and workflow automation. The exact scope, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written proposal. Nothing starts without your approval.

2. Quotes and payment

Prices shown on this website are starting points. Your final quote and payment terms are confirmed in writing before work begins. Third-party platform and AI usage fees (for example WhatsApp or AI model usage) are billed at cost unless the proposal states otherwise.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely access to the accounts and tools needed.
• Use the automation lawfully, and obtain any consent needed to contact your customers.
• Follow the rules of the platforms involved (for example WhatsApp or Instagram policies and approvals).
• Review the AI's tone, rules and hand-off points that you approve.

4. AI limitations

AI can make mistakes. We set up testing and human hand-off rules, but we cannot guarantee that every reply will be correct. Our services do not provide medical, legal or financial advice. Examples, demos and sample numbers on this website are illustrative and are not promises of results.

5. Intellectual property

You own your data and the content you provide. Once the project is paid in full, you receive the workflows we built for you. We keep our general know-how, templates and tools.

6. Confidentiality

We treat non-public business information you share as confidential and use it only to deliver your project.

7. Support and changes

Support included in your plan is described in your proposal. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, QAVYREN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, and our total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for it. We are not responsible for outages or rule changes of third-party platforms.

9. Ending the agreement

Either party may end a project or ongoing plan with written notice. Fees for work already completed remain payable.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, unless your written proposal says otherwise.
